"Reboot and select proper boot device" ERROR

I can only assume this means installing windows unless I'm missing something, but I have a usb 3.0 installer for windows 10 home/pro

 

This thing is tiny, where does it go?

The thing on the picture? You plug it into a usb slot.

The clue is in the name "USB Installer"

But where, I've tried on the top of pc, mobo, gfx card, monitor, it pushes in abnormally far and then when I press a key I get the same message.

You plugged it into your graphics card... how?

It should work if you place it in any usb slot.

Try going into your bios and setting to to boot from the usb device.

Also still intrigued how you plugged a usb into your graphics card.

This is my first PC build ;3 

I don't think I can get to bios without a working pc?

Are you sure it was the graphics card? They don't have usb's on them.

If it gets to the screen your getting, you should be able to get into bios. just keep pressing del or f12 when the pc first starts turning on.

Im just genuinely curious how you plugged a usb into a graphics card, when graphics cards dont have usb slots.

Rebooted pc and there is like a 0.5second period with an msi screen that says del for bios  thanks.

Have a look around to try and find the boot order, and change usb/removable media, something like that, to first in the line.

So I had a look and there is nothing even close to that.
