My brothers pc is acting funny, went to turn it off earlier came back 2 hours later and it was still shutting down, nothing on screen but computer still running a fans turning, decided to hold down the power button and turn it off that way. Turned it back on to make sure nothing broke but when turning it off again it turned off fine but the power button is flashing... never had this before nor seen anything like that. Any idea what it could be?

Any details on the PC?

I know off the top of my head there's a bug in AISuite that has similar symptoms if its an ASUS board, but without more information any guess would be as valid as making sure you were pressing the power button on the PC and not the toaster.
