Nvidia Shield TV question

Hi guys, i have a small question hope someone can answer 

 

So i want to share phone screen to TV.

 

I own a Nvidia Shield TV 16 gb, now via that can i share phone screen to TV without internet connection to Nvidia shield? 

I would like to share Youtube videos via phone to TV, my English is bad hope that was understandable

I don't know if there is a "cast" function on the Nvidia Shield, but if you go into the youtube app on your shield and open the youtube app on your phone and press the "cast button" on your phone, it should be able to find the shield (if they're on the same network". After connecting that way you should be able to control the youtube app on your tv with your phone
