Bell-Northern Research?

Zack_Hill

Recently, my network that I'm connected to via ethernet changed from my SSID that I set to "Bell-Northern Research (Realtek PCIe GBE, CA). What does this mean and should I be concerned?

Thanks,

Zack

Same. Sorta.

My network is now named, 'Bell-Northern Research (Broadcom NetExtreme Gigabit, CA)'

Perhaps coincidentally, but worth mentioning, my network adapter is Broadcom NetExtreme Gigabit, CA Gigabit, CA.

Are you by any chance using Avast?
