I did my own sleeves with parachord, small screw driver, and a lighter.

Still trying to find a better way of tying them together though. But this was pretty cheap, but a little time consuming.

Time is no object. Where and what did you buy?

I purchased the parachord on Amazon. 500 feet for each color. 100 isn't enough, and extra is good incase you make mistakes.

Masking tape. Needed to cover the metal tips, else it snags threads, and messes up the whole chord.

Take your time. You can do solids, patterns, mix. Whatever you want to add your own style.

Small screwdriver. I had one from a glasses repair kit. It is used to straighten the clips in the MOLEX so you can get the tips out. Be gentle so you don't break them.

You can use heat shrink, but I just used a lighter. Pull the chord over the knob where the metal prong crimps the wire. Slowly heat it up and melt it so it stays in place. You do a quick pass, then roll it in your fingers. Gotta be quick and dedicated for that.

You're also gonna have to be brave and open the PSU. Make sure it's been discharged and unplugged for a while. You want all the chords to be long enough to go inside the PSU case, that way it looks smooth.

Exact-o-knife. This is for cutting the existing sheathing. And matching color zip ties. After all that, you'll want to keep the chords together. I currently have white because I wanted to test different styles, but you can either stitch or brain the wires together. Braiding is the style I did, and it looks much better. I know own which style I will use, so I'll cutting off the white and replace it with black rope.

I did it all in about a day and a half. Had plenty of time, and it looks much better. Plus, the cables aren't as stiff, so it's much easier for cable management.
