which language is best for making project Android or Python?

"Android" isn't even a language. Please be more specific.

Whats the project?   Nature of project and target platform is likely to determine this ... 

 

( BTW: the question makes no sense.  Andriod is an OS, and Python is a scripting language, so cannot compare them ).

What type of "project" is this? Android is an operating system developed primarily for use on mobile devices, not a programming language.

You can perfectly write Android applications in a couple of very different languages.
