First I read the rules and I didn't see anything that said I cant post about computer problems. So if this get removed I understand (Maybe i should post somewhere else?). Plz don't hate on the grammar, dyslexia is a wonderful thing. Ok, so I'm having some huge problems with my fps dropping in all my games no matter what I do. I've checked things like temperatures all seem fine and dandy. I thought it could of been a driver problem, Updated and still same problem. I go from high hundreds to low thirties once every 5 seconds or so. This is really hurting my grind back to diamond in league and trying to learn OW. I usually play at 4k rez and if i bump it down, i still get stutters. Check my internert i get 100/7 idk if my slow upload might have anything to do about it, but I highly doubt it for a frame issue (maybe small packet loss as well?).I Have reduced all my overclock.

I usually don't ask for help for I try to learn to do it myself but its been a couple days and I cant figure it out. I'm at the point i'm thinking of doing a fresh reinstall of windows to just fix this problem

For parts I have a i7 4770k, msi 1080 armor, msi krait Z97A, corsair 16bg 1600 ram, corsair H100i.

If you need anymore information please ask, if I cant fix this I cant afford to buy anything else for I just bought the card not to long ago and would preference not to do a hard reinstall of my OS.

Edit: I ran malwarebytes nothing, downloaded avast nothing, used adwcleaner, had one thing and deleted it and still having issues. Chrome and windows defender seem to be eating up the most but i sit around 20-30 CPU/RAM on surfing the web, 10-20 idle.

I would first try unplugging your monitor from your graphics card and plug it into a video input on your motherboard and try playing a game on your cpu's integrated gpu. It won't be amazing in terms of frame rates, but if your frame drop problem turns out to be your graphics card this will tell you.
