My question is.

I will buy 

CSX 4GB DDR3 1066MHz CSXA-D3-LO-1066-4GB

But im afraid that it wont fit in my mother board ASRock G41C-GS 

If someone can tell me if its good and it will fix i will be thankful.

it should be able to. Ram is easy. Since your motherboard supports DDR3 you should be fine. That stick is also DDR3. Anything thats DDR3 would fit that board. Find only three speeds 833,1066 and you can overclock you memory to 1366 if you can.

won't run 1333 unless the cpu supports it and if the board and the memory over clocks good. but you wouldn't know the difference between the 2 if you had them both.

 

what is csx brand memory? got a link?
