Removing a scratch from case window

I have the phanteks enthoo pro case, and it has this nasty scratch on its side window (no idea how it has gotten there). Is there any way to get rid of it? The panel window is some kind of plexiglass or equivalent AFAIK.

In the place that i work at, they do car headlights' restoration, which are made out of plastic...

 

Basically they sand it with 400 sandpaper, then with 800 and finally 2000... The higher the number the thinnest the sandpaper will be...

Then, once the scratch is smoothed, they use some kind of wax and they start to polish it with a drill (with a polish tool attached to it... i don't know the name of it)

 

And... voila! Like brand new :)
