Help with 2 Games

Hi I have trouble with these 2 games that I wish you will help me with,

 

GTA V:

 

I want to get GTA V Re-sized https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-re-sized but I do not know which one I get. There is 4k, 2k and 1k. I have a 2k monitor but I run it at 1280x720p all at Medium-High.

 

The Crew:

 

I have it to the lowest settings but crashes when I try to load inside the game

 

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+

GPU: NVIDIA GT 730

RAM: 8GB DDR2
