HELP 1070 xtreme gaming

yesterday I completed my first ever computer build, and I went to play a game to test my new rig, in mid game my computer got very loud and I look into the case ( I have a windowed case) to see what was making all that noise, and I say that my gpu was going really fast but only two of the three fans were spinning, and the one that isn't spinning is on the right. I wasn't even playing a game that needed all that power I was simply playing csgo at 280 fps gigabyte gtx 1070 xtreme gaming

Check your GPU temps while gaming, if theyre getting way too high and the fan still isnt spinning you might have a faulty card that should be RMA
