As the title states, my bluetooth dongle causes crashes. When plugged in (nothing connected to it) it causes Chrome and Steam to crash. I haven't tested many other programs, but it does not affect windows explorer. It does however affect cortana. Furthermore, the crashes only start when I use the keyboard on each program. For example, after I plug in the dongle, I can browse on chrome for as long as I want as long as I don't use the keyboard. As soon as I try to type anywhere, it crashes. Once it crashes, I can no longer use my keyboard for that program even after I remove the dongle. The only fix is to restart the computer.

The dongle is a Kinivo BTD400.

For the keyboard, I used my k70, then I tried a standard logitech keyboard. Same result.

And OS is windows 10

I would very much appreciate any help, thank you
