So my C drive (an SSD) has reached it's storage limit, it's a 120GB so I'm surprised it lasted this long (3ish years). I'm probably going to get a decent quality 500-750GB SSD as my new OS drive, I have D (HDD) and E (SSD) drives with all my games and some other applications. So that brings me to my question, how can I make the transition as smooth as possible and with out having to reinstall the metric fuckton of shit that have installed on my various drives. Any other advice would also be appreciated.

Are the E and C drive from the same SSD?

Keep the HDD. Clone SSD to new SSD with macrium reflect

E is the same brand but is slightly bigger, Cloning to would also overwrite a lot of what I have on E. I've also heard that cloning from a smaller drive to a bigger one can cause issues, that said, I'd be willing to try it if someone can guide me through the right way of doing it.

The issue are most likely cloning from large drive to small drive not other way around

Where is the OS? You would need to clone OS from one SSD to the new one while rest can be copied traditionally

OS is on C, so it would need to be cloned. If cloning it from my current SSD to a bigger one isn't an issue I may just do that, if you can recommend any good software and tutorials that would be appreciated.
