Expansion Card Help

First off, I  didn't know where to put this thread.

I am looking for a USB type C expansion card. But it needs to have a PCIe 1x interface. 

I have a bunch of PCI slots, my 16x is taken my my GPU, so I only have a 1x PCIe.

I don't really care about the price.

Your GPU should run x8, x16 and x8 have little to no difference (1fps)

It is in my only PCIe x16 so I don't see how that relates to this post

I'm assuming you have pcie 3.0.

You probably wont find a 1x usb type c card since the the throughput of a single usb3.1 connection is about the same as pcie 1x.
