Server 2016 Remote Desktop issues

So I use remote desktop to connect to my server when I am not home; but when I do there are a lot of "hard faults" going on in the memory;

This goes away after a while, is there a solution to this problem?

 

 the system also doesn't respond while this is going on.

I really can't find where this problem is coming from  

 

Information about my memory (if that would be the issue)

16GB DDR3 ECC registered ram (supplied by micromemory, the ram is fine and has never had issues. (as far as I can tell))
