laptop help

I have a gateway laptop and it does not have Bluetooth to connect to my controller or headphones. is there any wifi/Bluetooth module to replace my existing wifi module or anything to get Bluetooth?

I was looking into that but a lot of times I have my USB ports full for different things so is there any kind of internal module?

you could always just get a usb hub to combine a few other usb ports to give you enough room for a bluetooth dongle. just get a cheapo from china should only be a few bucks
