I have tried forward and backward to install windows on my new rig and even when I create the USB bootable drive the system tries to boot on it for about 3 seconds flashes twice and cuts off. Help please.

Does the whole system cut off? If so the system is crashing repeatedly and there is either an error with BIOS settings or there is a hardware issue.

 

If only the USB cuts off and you're left with a blank screen but the system is still running then the USB Media or the USB itself is damaged

It cuts back to the BIOS so yes it's the USB but I've tried two others as well
