Fallout 4 Wont't Start

Hello,

Today I have been attempting to run Fallout 4. For some reason when I click play in the launcher, it opens for a second and then shows me a black screen and closes with no error.

I would appreciate any help you can give me. I was really looking forward to playing this game and now it won’t work.
