Hi guys, I'm a noob at PC building but will these parts be compatible or will not have any issues and overclockable? I'm currently in a budget so here it goes...

GPU: MSI GTX 1050 Ti

CPU: Intel i5-6500 3.20 GHz

Motherboard: ASRock Motherboard Micro ATX        DDR4 LGA 1151 H110M-HDS

Case: Fractal Design Core 1000

RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2)

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Power Supply: EVGA 430 W1, 80+ WHITE 430W

Please tell me if I'm  missing a part on the build. Replies are appreciated :)

You won't be able to get the build you posted under 500, I'm afraid.

Nope, this is a great balanced build and should suit your needs pretty well. No bottlenecks in this system.

Note: You may not like the case. Just quote me your desired case, if you want me to check if it's compatible.

It's overclockable right? And will run games like Arma 3 and Rust 60 fps on high?

No, you can't overclock the CPU, since the multiplier is locked. The GPU can be overclocked with Radeon Wattman or 3rd party software like MSI Afterburner. If you want to overclock your CPU have to look at the i5 6600K (MUCH more expensive) and an unlocked mobo.

You can play games at 60fps at (at least) Medium in very demanding titles, in light titles like overwatch, you can play them at Max.

What about if I replace it with a Intel i5-6500 3.20 GHz

The Core i5 is better, yes. But the multiplier is still locked on that chip, so no overclock. I do not really recommend it though, since you can get a GTX 1050Ti or a RX470 4GB for the money.
