Can't start the pc help?

Hi 

I have Intel Xeon 1231 v3 lga1150 processor

Asus z87-c mother board 

Gskull ram 2g gb ddr3 2400oc 

Evga power supply 600w 80 broze

And 2 hdd 

Asus xoner dx 

And evga 970

 I was trying to update from g3258 to Xeon. 

After installing the CPU the system is not starting

 I think I have connected all cable at least start up

 

Please help it s 4.40 and my fingers are hurting ....

1 try every cable again and remove everything unnecessary for booting

2 try to short the mb pins with say a flash drive (and make sure your trying with the right pins)

3 try different power supply

4 try returning the old cpu in it to make sure its still working (and make BIOS update if it works and if u still havent )

5 get new ones since those are probly dead

According to the support site, you need a specific BIOS for that specific CPU

instead of plugging power button reset hdd and power on led try to short them with something metal  but most likely no use anyway
