Streaming a Desktop Screen Wirelessly

So I wanna use the Surface Pro 4/Pro 3 to stream my presentation to an LG Minibeam Nano projector wirelessly and as less lag as possible, how can I do that without internet connection?

 

Edit: If you cant help with the above can you recommend a 2-in-1 PC and a mini, decent projector that can do that (stream the 2 in 1's screen and project it wirelessly without internet connection {via Bluetooth or something} or lag.

without using wifi functionality or without using a local wireless network? (as in iit is allowed to make a wifi connection but there just isn't a network available atm).

yea i read it, well you're not going to do it with less equipment and no wifi. bluetooth bandwidth is extremely low so it would be a diashow.

This product exists LOL, I can plug it into the LG Minibeam and the Surface line up will work perfectly with it

miracast uses wifi.. this is exactly why i asked if it could use wifi at all lol

the internet is not the same as wifi, wifi is just a transmission technology to talk between devices.

thats what the miracast itself does it uses wifi direct which is a p2p wifi connection.

This works great with the Surface Line, I have one set up at work for our conference room.
