I have an issue whenever i shut the pc off it always displays this message which i have no idea what it means and whenever i close the window or press ok the pc turns off help ?

It means that your ram allocation can not be accessed a.k.a "written" basically it is when you shutdown with programs are still open or writing certain files. (This is just a quess so i may not be right)

its basically telling you that RzStats.Manager is a crappy piece of software that don't know how to clean up after itself, or react to a perfectly reasonable request to go to bed without tossing a hissy fit.

 

If you want to keep your Razor devices, do you need the stats manager?  If not delete it.

If you already got rid of your Razor devices, then you know you don't need it.   Delete it.

If you want to keep your Razor devices, then check to see if there is an update to the Razor Stats Manager software.
