Guys I've got a problem -_-... For a new personal rig that I plan to buy/build soon (In the next few months from now), I'm checking everything atm to make sure it will function just fine although, something didn't really cross my mind until just now. The case I've got in my PCPP Link/List has it so that the HDDs/SSDs I think will block the fans, I'm not 100% sure really. At least I think that's where the HDDs/SSDs go. I'm talking about this case by the way.

So umm, yeah, that's a problem and I need your guys' opinions on what to go for instead because, I'm actually struggling to find a case on PCPP that I like that would also function fine. Here are some additional notes:

Spoiler

  • Budget? > £80 (GBP) or lower preferably.
  • Motherboard's Form Factor? > ATX.
  • HDD/SSD amount? > I'm gonna have 3 HDDs and one SSD in this build. Also the case needs space for an optical drive.
  • Do I need cooling for my Non-K CPU..?! > Well, I'm gonna be using a i7-6700 (Non-K) with a Hyper 212 Evo primarily because in my current/old rig, it gets loud and causes a fair amount of vibration to the other room(s) in where I currently live. I absolutely >NEED< to get rid of this for obvious reasons and that's why I chose a cooler that will hopefully be quieter as opposed to a stock cooler.
  • Fans? Any needed? > Preferably, Yes. Is this (below) a good setup?:
    • 2 Fans (Idk what size, depends on the case you recommend) on the FRONT as the INTAKE.
    • 1 Fan (Idk what size, depends on the case you recommend) on the BACK as the OUTPUT.
  • I would much prefer the 2 fans to be visible on the front of the case below the optical drive.

P.S - Sorry if in wrong section, couldn't decide between Air Cooling SubForum or Case/PSU-SubForum! :P

Thanks all!

That case is fine, two of the hdd's are mounted under that little "shroud" that hides the power supply and there's 2 ssd mounts behind the motherboard + 1 on the left side of the case (facing the window). So unless you have more than that it shouldn't be a problem.

Could you elaborate? I didn't understand your question.

The first case I thought wouldn't work out well because I didn't know where the cages for HDDs/SSDs went.

Thanks to @RKRiley however, the case will work.

3 HDDs should fit alright, right? On picture 13 I can only see 2 'cages' behind that shroud o.O:/ Or did you mean 2 HDDs and 2 SSDs can fit in there?

Thanks again btw, couldn't find the 'cages' on the pictures, was me being blind xD thought I would need a new case lol. I just chose the one I linked due to noise problems/vibration, hope nothing should block the air in the case.
