Looking For Mobo For First build

Okay so i am doing my first PC build in like over 10 years. I have bought a amd Fx 8350 cpu and a Gigabyte gtx 1050ti gpu. I have no idea what mobo i should be getting for these and could really use some suggestions. My budget for a mobo is $170 CAN, before tax.

There are 2 boards I would concider:

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P

and

 ASRock 970 EXTREME 4 or EXTREME 3

 

Both boards have good reviews and are around $140 cad when I checked NCIX today online.
