Surface pro 4 screen help

Hi,

sorry if this is the wrong forum but my surface pro 4 has a display issue that causes the display to look like it has a low resolution but in the settings it says that the resolution is 2736 X 1824,and when I scroll on pages with lots of words lines like those on 't' disappear until I scroll. I have reinstalled windows but the screen still looks weird. Can anyone recommend what I can do?

The pictures attached are from about 10cm away from the screen.

Looks like the actual physical screen is low res, not the software. Did it come like this?

No when I bought it it was fine.

Whats the DPI or Magnification set to?

 

Right Click Desktop > Display Settings, that slider you first see?

It's set to the recommended 200 per cent.

Try dropping that to 100 and rebooting the computer to see if it makes a difference.

It still has the same problem, it's probably a hardware issue not software I guess
