Power surge/lag.

Hey I got this new pc
Specz: 
Gtx 1070 evga 
I5 6600k 3.5ghz  
16gb ram hyperx 
1tb hdd 
500gb ssd 
750w psu 
z170 pro gaming asus mb 

And I keep getting power surge for the last week, before going to a pc store I wanted to contact the internet.
So it randomly fells of 1+ time a day saying power surge blabla.
To add up to that my pc is way slower as normal. my friend has a 970 and gets 500fps on the same settings where I get 200fps. (300 difference for a way better pc).

what brand psu

When it surges is it just your computer that surges or is it everything? It could be your power grid or circuit breakers. In that case I would recommend a UPS.

What brand Power Supply do you have?

And what do you mean with everything?

I forget to say, my screen flickers (ALOT) when I boot and for a while and afterwards it will quit flickering. Or when I reboot my screen.

I mean is when you have a surge is it just your computer or everything in your house?

Only my computer, and maybe my screen (cause it starts flickering) I guess. not 100% cause wont know how to test it.
