Razer Mamba TE Help?

I'm getting the Razer Mamba TE for Christmas, and I currently use the Logitech G502, at 700DPI, which is pretty reasonable for the games I play (CS:GO, Overwatch, Fallout), and I'm happy and comfortable with 700DPI, but when I was looking at the buy page for the Mamba TE, I saw it had 16,000DPI with a 5G sensor, is the 16,000DPI adjustable through Synapse or Macros?

 

Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question, I'm not really good at reading through texts and I kind of lose attention, and overthink.
