Laptop Advice Please

So im going to be getting this laptop in a couple of days but i want to make sure its good enough

it will mostly be used for gta v (because the story is just so good and mods are a thing)

so could anyone tell me the graphics i should play on for a good fps

p.s i usually turn v sync on half way for 30 so i dont really need 60 just a good combination of graphics that will keep me in the 35-40 range so it constantly isnt dipping
