If it was a cpu problem, that didnt include overheating or power delivery ones, then it shouldnt be, because if that was the case the computer wouldnt POST or the BSOD should at least reference a problem with the CPU, which afterwards would cause a frozen display, with a computer thats only working electrically wise.

Okay for anyone else having the issue, i think i solved it:

 

i used this program to find the driver that was causing the issue "bcmwl63a.sys" - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/installed_drivers_list.html

 

once opened i went to the driver, opened it in registry editor, and deleted it

 

ill update if i get the BSOD again
