No performance difference.

Under $200 I would get this http://pcpartpicker.com/product/mbKhP6/asrock-motherboard-z170mocformula

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

If you're trying to ask if pairing an MSI video card with a MSI motherboard will net you performance gains - it will not.

If you're simply asking which motherboard is better in general, that's an entirely different conversation.

What do u believe is the best under 200 dollar motherboards

Why that over the other ones?

Overbuilt, high quality and comes with nice features. Its a board built for overclocking. Only downfall is that its max supported ram is 32GB because it has 2 ram slots less.

With a strict $200 budget, that's the best board to pick from the lot.

Other boards to consider are the Asus Sabertooth S, Asrock Extreme 7+.
