Webcam able to to 1080p 60FPS video recording?

I am looking for a webcam that is able to do 60fps 1080 p video recording. As of right now i can only find webcams able to do 30fps 1080p video recording. I am also able to use an actual camcorder camera that is able to do a live feed to the computer that can do 1080p 60fps video recording or live feed viewing.

But the problem is Webcam are used to do live streaming stuff like you said but most people does not have that kind of connection to stream 1080p 60fps, hence the webcam does not exist. Even if the host (you) have fast internet what are the chance someone out there can do it? I can't even skype call with my phone front camera at a decent resolution...

I do plan to use it to stream to twitch. But I also stream 1080p 60fps to twitch right now, i just have 30fps on my webcam. I need a 60fps one for fluid movement. It doesnt matter if not everyone can get the full effect of it I would still like the luxury and the fluidity
