Cant install origin error 19:0

Why can't I install origin? I'm so angry right now! I've tried everything!! If you could see my tabs right now you will just see 50 EA Origin tabs. Please! Can somebody help? I keep getting the 19:0 error 'Woops the installer encountered and error' I've tried running as administrator, clean booting, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting pc, clearing cache files, disabling firewall and avast, using different setup.exe's and much more. This is really getting on my nerves because I just bought a new game but I can't even play it! It's driving my crazy. I've literally spent this whole day trying to fix it.

I also still have a lot of origin files that I cannot delete for some reason
