The built in windows reset will not do what you wan't.

Install windows as if the drives were new. Use the windows installation media (Disk, ect) and go through the setup there. In the setup you should be able to delete the partitions on your drives, reformat, and re-partition for the new install.

Do you have installation media?

Easiest way of doing what you want is to first create the media (google "media creation tool" download it and use the option for another computer, which will allow you to create a DVD or USB key with the installer on it.

Now, turn off your computer and physically unplug the drives that you are not installing windows on. Boot from the installer, wipe the drive and install windows. Once this is done, you can then plug your old drives back in and wipe them with disk management in windows.

When in doubt, re-format.
