Looks pretty good.

Holla, itsa me. Build - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/h9rD7h

(I have BT Infinity)

So, I'm on the top floor of my house 2 floors away from the router and get 50mbps download and 10 mbps upload on my mac.

What wifi adapter should I use to get a good signal on my new build?

The signal from the router can only reach a certain distance so if you are too far away the wireless adapter wont matter.

Get this PSU instead: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/zW4NnQ/xfx-power-supply-p1430sxxb9

Get this version of the 480 instead: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/29wqqs/xfx-radeon-rx-480-8gb-rs-video-card-rx-480p8lfb6

I had bad WiFi upstairs so I bought a 30 meter ethernet cable and just moved the entire router

Problem solved

I read it as "just moved the entire room"
