its a good card, but i'd recommend going up to the rx 470 if you have the money and can deal with rebates.

Wattage has nothing to do with it, lol. Its the build and component quality of that PSU that isn't great.

Try for something like a CX450m

Looks like a pretty good, cheap budget build to me.
I might look at getting a Rx 470 instead. But that's just me.

evga doesn't make power supplies, they get them from another company and sell it as theirs. the W1 is made for low-end($300 and below) pcs, not a gaming rig.
