I decided to build a pc for my brother and he is in colledge. He isn't sure about playing games much but I am still getting him something decent if he does decide to play on it. If you could give any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any suggestions.

PSU is too overkill, a 500watt-600watt unit should do plenty. no need for 212 evo since i5 6500 comes with one. 200R comes w/ 2 case fans, so those corsair fans are a waste in my opinion. otherwise seems alright
