Problem with Corsair Utility Engine and My Keyboard-

Hi today i tried to change my colour on my keyboard (Corsair K70 RGB Cherry MX Red) and im having some problems. First thing it that it do not connect to CUE (Corsair Utility Engine) at all i have tried to reinstalling CUE,been switching usb ports 2.0/3.0 (Blue and Black) and it didnt work i even reinstalled the drives for my keyboard but it did still not do anything. and the second thing is when i try to update CUE it says (Update Check The Coirsair Utility Engine has detected  an error during software update check. and i have search the problem but nothing comes up i would love some tips and help to fix my problem.
