Challenge: Find me the cheapest DDR4-2133 8/16gb

As I stated. I am buying ram for an upgrade. What is the cheapest way I can get 8/16 GB of DDR4-2133 on cyber Monday. I have two empty ram slots on my motherboard, and I want at least one of them filled.

Yep, I know a fair few people who have bought from OutletPC and have had no issues. Can't say much about them personally, as I'm in the UK so haven't used them.
