Looks OK. i3-6100 is a bit weak for that GPU.

I would cut back on the gpu to get a decent cpu

I looked back at one of linus's videos. And noticed on the "just game" build be had a worse CPU by about 32% according to userbench  http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i3-6100-vs-AMD-Athlon-II-X4-860K/3511vs3265  .And Linus mentions no bottleneck and he has a rx 480 in that build so i think the intel i3 should work fine if it has more perfomance than the one he recommends.
