Computer stuck on bios splash screen

Basically when I turn on my computer it shows the gigabyte splash screen but doesn't do anything I tried going into the Bios settings but nothing will happen as if it is competently frozen.

I am running a Gigabyte z97x-ud3h motherboard and intel core i5 6790 and 8gb of crucial ballistix tactical ram.

You reset cmos?

Youv reseated the ram? Tried 1 stick at a time in different slots? Checked power cables to motherboard etc?  Tried hhd in different sata slot?

Try the gpu aswell .. sorry if none of that helps it could be dead motherboard or psu faulty. Its really hard to find out without another motherboard CPU and psu. You could always try giving it a whack or a shake.. it may just be a bad ground ?
