Cheap Windows tablet in searching

About year ago Unbox Therapy Lewis released video about i believe best tech for a gift under certain price and under 100€ was this tablet called HP Stream 7 and im looking for very small windows tablet to use as an car computer and for holiday trips. Unfortunately i noticed that this tablet has been discontinued and is not available anymore so im looking for suggestions on similar tablet under 100€

Intel Pentium G3258 @ 4.3GHz, Asus Z97-AR, Evga GTX 480, Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4Gb and Kingston HyperX Blu 2x2Gb, Antec Earthwatts 500W, Samsung HD103UJ and HD502HJ, Custom water cooling loop for CPU and GPU

for that price range I'd suggest an android tablet or an Amazon Fire tablet. 

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)

does it have to be a windows tablet? you're screwing yourself for options with that price limit. look for refurbished tablets.Tablets at my local in that price are:

Ollee; crap crappy crap

Lenovo Tab3 7"; looks ok runs lollipop

Well not necessary but i was looking for windows because of Androids limited uses but i have pretty decent desktop PC and im looking for laptop also so might be option. Only this has been that i had Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and it was not great at all. If there is some quad core one for under 100 then i´m sold

nope nothing good at that price. I have nothing nice to say about the tab 3; I had the 10" version and they really were a shitty product in every way. I have a Nvidia shield which is much better, cheaper, and might be useful in the car because it has some good games like KOTOR and Doom 3. Samsungs latest tablets are also much better. For Samsung it is only worth buying their top end products, everything less than flagship is intentionally designed to be crap, but I still would not buy a Samsung tablet due to their crappy software support and the price of their flagship products you can get a decent iPad or windows tablet
