Sorry for my bad english

(Btw Im European, to be more specific Lithuanian)

I wanna build my first gaming pc. But I can't decide what to do. Should I build all custom parts, look for Cpu+Motherboard(+Ram) combo or buy used sistem and then add video card ,better power supply or/and more ram? If I would build with all individual parts then Im thinking about this -

8Gb or Ram version

CPU - Intel Pentium G3220 - 30€ (Used)
CPU Cooler - Stock - 0€ (comes with used Pentium G3220)
Motherboard - MSI H81M - 30€ (used)
Memory - 2x 4gb ddr3 1333MHz - 22€ (used)
Storage - Toshiba 3.5'' 500GB - 48,44 € (New, because I wanna harddrive to last longer)
Video Card - Asus GT 730 DDR3 2GB - 35€ (used)
Case - used Ordi - 5€
Power Supply - Corsair VS 350W ATX12V EU version, 80 PLUS-37,89 € (new)

30+0+30+22+48.44+35+5+37.89=208.33€

4Gb of ram version

CPU - Pentium G3220 - 30€ (used)
CPU Cooler - Stock - 0€ (comes with used Pentium G3220)
Motherboard - MSI H81M - 30€ (used)
Memory - 1x 4gb ddr3 1333MHz - 11€ (used)
Storage - Toshiba 3.5'' 500GB - 48,44 € (New, because I wanna harddrive to last longer)
Video Card - Asus GT 730 DDR3 2GB - 35€ (used)
Case - Ordi - 5€
Power Supply - Corsair VS 350W ATX12V EU version, 80 PLUS- 37,89 € (new)

30+0+30+11+48.44+35+5+37.89=197.33€

I checked PcPartPicker for compatability.

Are one of the two builds are any good or should I swap something for cheaper and better? Im not gonna overclock anything. Also, the cheaper = the better.

To simplify -

1.Which is better - all induvidual, Cpu+Motherboard+Ram combo or buy used sistem and then add better power supply, more ram and video card.

2.If I should build with all induvidual parts, what could be done better?

Thanks for any help
