Galaxy note 5 speaker issues

Welp, I have no Idea of what happend but anytime i play music in a hangouts call for example my speaker either stutters or buzzes randomly. Anyone hava ANY idea to what happened? Ive restarted and replaced the music files. Im sure there is no water damage to the speaker. By the way, it dosent happen with any headphones or anything connected via bluetooth. It also tends to happen when the phone gets hot. I used AIDA64 and saw temps reach the high 80s at one point. Any suggestions?

how about water vapor? it could also contribute to this problem
