Hi LTT readers, Now that I’ve saved enough, it's time to fit a GPU to my first build which I started at the beginning of the year. Can anyone confirm that an Asus Strix 1070-O8G will fit into a Corsair 450D case with the 3.5” hard drive bay installed? What clearance is there between side panel and GPU for the power cable? Also, what is the clearance between the card and the drive bay.  I‘ve have checked PC part picker and it suggests that it will be compatible. Really double checking it fits.

Thanks

Tony

You should have one or two PCI slots worth of clearance with the drive bays. looks about four or five PCI slots sit above the HDD cage, its the second GPU slot that would be concerning

No normal ATX case will have this problem.
