Is there such a thing?

I have been wracking my brain over this. I have searched eBay, all around town, and even my old stash of hardware looking for something someone told me does exist, but we have not been able to find. I am looking for a 4gb stick of ddr2 sodimm for an older laptop. I was sure there was no such a thing and other people agree, but a few have argued that it was made but it harder to come by then hen's teeth. Is there such a thing as a 4gb ddr2 sodimm? And if there is, where the heck to I find one. Appreciate the help. Oh and this old laptop only has one memory socket so 2x2gb is a non issue. Thanks all.

I should have looked on ebay.com. I stuck exclusively to ebay .ca and they never had those listed. Thanks for that. Have to broaden my search from now on to other sites and not just Canadian ones. But those prices though... ouch. Thanks again.

 

Just checked eBay.ca and again, nothing. I even used the auction id number from the .com and still nothing. Guess it is not available to be shipped from the manufacturer to Canada or they never bothered to try to sell it on the .ca site. Thanks.
