telephone answering computer

is there software out there that will answer the phone and ask the caller for a numerical password, if the caller gets it wrong they get hung up, and if they get it right it alerts someone to answer the phone? preferably linux based, i want to do this do that i can be rid of telemarketers, recording and such.
