Hey guys I am trying to see if there is a way to build a cheap computer for my younger brother that can handle wow. Doesn't need to be max graphics or anything crazy like that though I am hoping for it to be able to at least handle sub-1080p at a stable 60fps. I think he will be using a 15inch display from his Gaems system that is 780(?). It does not need peripherals or windows just the tower itself.

So I was hoping you fine people could help me piece together a pc for around 200 which I know is a tall order. Even just advice on used parts I should keep an eye out for and prices for said parts. Thank you all.

Thank you very much @GDRRiley! I am looking at them both though I notice in the comments the back is a solid piece with no expansion bays. I have someone offering me a:

Thinkpad Edge

i5-3230M

6 GB RAM

320 GB HDD

14'' 1368x768 Display

He is only asking for 200 for it and I figure it should be able to play wow. Probably on worse graphics setting but hey if it gets the job done until he can save up for something better then I am happy.

Yeah that was my fear. I was hoping it could at least minimum it, but I guess it is back to the drawing board. Lol.

Thank you for your help. My brother is 21 an works at Dominos as a pizza maker so isn't rolling in the cash so I figured for xmas I would try to help him out.
