PC Will Turn On But Nothing Else

Hi everyone.

 

I have a PC with an i5 4460, an Asus H81 Gamer, 8GB of ram (Corsair Vengeance), and an Asus GTX 960 Strix 2GB. I'm using Windows 10. This build has been stable for, I don't know, a year?

 

The problem I'm having is, is that my PC will turn on, the fans are spinning and the LEDs are on, but there is no signal on the monitor OR the peripherals. If there wasn't any signal on the monitor only, I would think there is a problem with the GPU, but the USBs won't work either. I've restarted the PC, disconnected and reconnected everything, tried to use it with only one RAM stick, cleaned the CMOS battery but no help. 

 

You guys have any idea why this is happening? Any ideas for solutions?
