House Network Slowing When Phone Wifi Is On

Hello all, 

Recently i was given a Blackview BV5000 by a friend and everything works fine on it, except the WiFi, the WiFi works fine when using the phone but with the WiFi turned on, on my phone you can notice performance drops on all other network devices in my house.

Anyone got any ideas why this is? or how i could fix it, if you would like more information just ask :)
