Help building my first pc

I've been stuck with a old laptop for some years and i finally i can get myself a new pc, but i don't know what to buy, and i don't know what parts are compatible with what. i don't really care too much about getting the best framerates or maxing out all specs, i just want a pc that's able to run most games even at medium or low settings, but being able to play it at least.  i don't plan on overclocking at all, and i will probably upgrade it when i can. i just want to use the pc like you would with a console, if i see a game i like, i don't want to worry about wether i can run it or not. what should i get?

Until you post a budget, I'm going to work on a modest $700.

about 1500€, more or less.

That is a crazy budget, for not caring about settings your putting alot of money on this. I don't know what eu country your in so I just went with france.

this is the first time i buy anything pc related, and i know pc gaming is expensive i watced a few reviews and i figured i needed a lot so i've been saving for a few months (actually, i'm from spain)

i would prefer fans to water cooling, what heatsink should i get instead?
